We work every day to build a safe and inclusive environment for all associates, our customer-owners and our partners. We hold our team members as accountable role models within the Farm Credit System and within the communities where we live and work.

Engagement

CoBank has nine Associate Resource Groups, designed to elevate individual voices and ideas. The groups coordinate events, volunteer opportunities, and leverage guest speakers to present on important topics. Our ARGs are grounded in the bank’s mission of service to rural America, and we believe these organizations will help to empower and engage our associates and enhance ourselves as an innovative financial services organization.
