Maureen McDonnell

Maureen McDonnell is the lead utilities industry economist in CoBank’s Knowledge Exchange research division. An energy markets expert, Ms. McDonnell spent 14 years in analysis and leadership roles within the oil and gas industry conducting industry-leading economic research. She forecasted supply, demand and pricing for global and North American natural gas and electricity markets. Ms. McDonnell came to CoBank from Pioneer Management Consulting where she was project lead for several energy-focused engagements including a comprehensive materials procurement initiative for a major energy client in Denver.

Ms. McDonnell earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Knox College and an MBA in finance and business intelligence from University of Denver.
