How to Sign in to CoLink

CoBank has a new sign-in process for CoLink and a CoBank.com profile is now required. This user guide will walk you through a one-time process to create a CoBank.com profile and connect it to your CoLink profile.

Create a CoBank.com profile

    You will receive an email titled Enhanced CoLink Sign In Process from donotreply@cobank.com with a link to create a CoBank.com profile.

    Click the link in the email to open the password update page on CoBank.com.

    Enter a new, unique password into the password fields and click Update.

    Click the Login link to go to the CoBank.com sign-in page.

    Enter your email address and click Continue to go to the password page.

    Enter your newly-created password and click Continue to go to the security questions and answers page.

    Select three security questions, provide answers and click Continue to go to the terms of use page.

    Click the checkbox to accept the CoBank.com terms of use and click Submit to complete the profile creation process.

CoLink is now listed in the My Apps pane on your CoBank.com landing page.

Connect your CoBank.com profile to your CoLink profile

Sign in to your CoBank.com profile if you haven't already.

    Click CoLink to display the Sign In/Manage Linked Accounts dialog box.

    Enter your CoLink username in the Username field. Do not enter your email address in the Username field.

    In the Credentials field, enter your CoLink password or your PIN+RSA token.

    Click Add.

    Your CoLink profile is now listed at the bottom of the Sign In/Manage Linked Accounts dialog box. Click Login to access CoLink.



    Note: If you used your PIN+RSA token to link your accounts in Step 2, enter the same PIN+RSA token in the Log In Credentials field.

    Click the I AGREE button to accept the CoLink terms of use to go to the CoLink home page.
