CoBank announces senior leadership changes
DENVER (March 30, 2026) – CoBank, a cooperative bank serving agribusinesses, rural infrastructure providers and Farm Credit associations throughout the United States, announced today that Deboleena Bose, the bank’s chief human resources officer since 2020, has resigned from her role effective March 31, 2026, in order to pursue other opportunities.
“Deb has contributed a great deal to CoBank over more than five years with our organization, and we wish her well in the future,” said Tom Halverson, CoBank’s chief executive officer.
Mashenka Lundberg, chief legal officer and general counsel, will assume management responsibility for the bank’s Human Resources department, which includes compensation, recruiting, employee relations, talent development, HR operations, administrative services and related functions.
Lundberg has served as the bank’s general counsel since 2012 with responsibility for all aspects of CoBank’s legal function, including providing legal counsel to all areas of business operations. She also oversees the bank’s board relations, regulatory and government affairs functions as well as the Legal and Loan Processing and Knowledge Exchange divisions. Lundberg is a member of CoBank's Management Executive Committee.
