CoBank Reports First Quarter 2025 Financial Results

Financial highlights for the quarter include:

  • Average loans increased 8% to $162.5 billion in the first quarter of 2025, from $149.8 billion in the first quarter of 2024.
  • Net interest income increased 9% to $522 million in the first quarter of 2025, from $479 million in the first quarter of 2024. 
  • Net income decreased 11% to $390 million in the first quarter of 2025, from $438 million in the first quarter of 2024, primarily due to a higher provision for credit losses.
  • Credit quality and capital levels remained strong.
