CoBank and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Farm Credit Leasing, provide ongoing learning and development opportunities to associates in support of their success and the success of the bank.  We offer a leadership and management development program for managers and supervisors.  We also offer various learning and development opportunities for associates.  These workshops, which cover technical skills, business acumen and ongoing credit training, are offered at our Denver headquarters or through one of our qualified educational partners.

CoBank also offers tuition assistance on an individual basis to full-time, qualified associates enrolled in an accredited degree program.  The degree program must be relevant to the associate's position at the bank in order for tuition assistance to be considered.
