REPORTS TO: Manager, Collateral

Position Summary:

Provides general supervision to group unit including workflow, administrative oversight, associate coaching, feedback and functional participation.  Recommends work allocation changes to ensure effective and efficient operations within the department.  Responsible for task prioritization, team quality assurance, maintenance, service level adherence, and special projects as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

High school diploma and 1-2 years supervisory experience preferably in banking or financial services industry and 3-4 years experience with commercial loan collateral; or appropriate combination of education and experience.  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Ag-Economics or relevant discipline and/or paralegal certification preferred.  Advanced knowledge of commercial loan collateral and pertinent collateral issues.  Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and ability to provide a high attention to detail.  Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.  Intermediate leadership and coaching skills.

Other Requirements / Qualifications:

Occasional travel required.
