LOCATION: Louisville, KY
REPORTS TO: Regional Vice President, Kentucky

Position Summary:

Manages or assists with management of account relationships with existing and prospective customers in assigned market and/or industry segment.  Assists with implementation of marketing and account servicing plans to capitalize on marketing opportunities.  May develop new business and/or manage existing portfolio.  Supports the achievement of profitability and credit goals for the division through day-to-day management of account relationships.  Supports senior staff in deal structure.

Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or relevant discipline and 6-8 years experience preferably in banking, financial services industry or agriculture or appropriate combination of education and experience. Knowledge of credit and financing alternatives. Basic knowledge of technical standards, industry trends, technology and regional/national regulatory requirements. Basic knowledge of competitive environment and practices in customer’s industry. Knowledge of cross marketing. Ability to analyze all components on standard credits.

Other Requirements:

Ability to make marketing presentations to potential and existing customers. Moderate to extensive travel required.
