Additional Benefits

CoBank's benefits program extends beyond the traditional benefits offered by many employers.

Corporate Giving

CoBank's corporate giving program enables every one of our associates to direct a donation of $200 each year to the non-profit organization of their choice.  This is not a matching donation, it is just another way the bank supports the community activities and interests of our associates.

Angel Day

CoBank is a firm supporter of the United Way and the United Co-Op Appeal.  To encourage associates to support these important efforts, the bank gives an extra day off, called an "Angel Day," to be used during the year for any associate who donates the equivalent of one hour of their salary per month for the year.
