CoBank is led by two teams of highly qualified industry professionals -- the Board of Directors that sets the overall strategic direction for the bank and the Management team that implements the strategy.

Board of Directors

CoBank's Board of Directors reflects our national scope and the diverse industries we serve. Among our directors are agricultural producers, as well as managers and directors from agribusinesses, communications and energy systems, and Farm Credit Associations (ACAs). While the majority of our 16-member board is elected by our customer-owners, the board also appoints additional directors to complement the expertise of the elected board members. Each board member adheres to a strict code of ethics to protect the bank, its customers and its employees. Leadership
